Photo of Jason BurgoinCaptain Jason Charles Burgoin, CD, FSA Scot is a herald of arms by inclination and currently holds the office of National First Vice-President of the Royal Heraldry Society of Canada and President of its Toronto Branch.  His thirst for research in the art and science of heraldry spans far beyond the borders of Canada, with special interest in European Heraldry as it relates to Great Britain and France.
