Did you know you can use Ancestry Library Edition for free at any Guelph Public Library branch—no subscription required? This workshop introduces you to the wealth of records available through Ancestry, including census records, city directories, cemeteries, wills, immigration and military records, court documents, family histories, and vital records. Through a hands-on demonstration, you’ll learn how to get started, refine your searches, and uncover more meaningful results. Bring your laptop or tablet (and your questions!) for practical tips on navigating both the library and subscription versions of Ancestry.
Note: This is an in-person workshop provided in partnership with the Wellington County Branch, Ontario Ancestors and the Guelph Public Library
